Mrs. Steller is responsible for Delta-21 business operations at all locations. Besides providing day-to-day oversight she also serves as a project technical director on several federal projects. She holds a chemical application license for treatment of invasive forest species. Before serving on Delta-21’s management team, Mrs. Steller served as a laboratory chemist with the U.S. Department of Energy, Oak Ridge National Laboratory and the Y-12 National Nuclear Security complex. She also worked as an environmental officer responsible for hazardous waste packing and shipping within the US Department of Energy Oak Ridge complex.

 Mr. Ingle is responsible for Business Development initiatives. He also serves as a project technical director and is the corporate safety and security officer. His government history has reached the highest level of government policy decision through direct appointment by and reporting to the Secretary of Energy on research related to historical occupational exposures on classified projects. Before joining Delta-21’s management team, Mr. Ingle served as a health physicist and toxicologist with the Energy Department, and the ORAU Center for Epidemiologic Research. He has published journal articles relating to government occupational exposures, and morbidity and mortality study.

  Col. Kuhlman (retired) is responsible for Military Project initiatives. Col. Kuhlman is a graduate of the Air War College emphasizing the employment of air, space, and cyberspace in joint operations. He has a long and distinguished military career, including service as the Security Director of the Air Force Material Command, and is well known throughout the armed services and security surveillance community for his formal Leadership roles.
